Disabled messages in terminus when no calendar

In the 3.10 the calendars for messages where not automatically added (enven without applications period). In the 3.11, the check to find if a message is to be shown uses the calendars.

What needs to be done is to check if there is no calendars but there are activated messages inside the scenario.
