Failure to send real-time vertex update in PTRealTimeUpdate

2 issues:

  • RealTimePTDataInterSYNTHESE::initQueue() does not send null vertices as part of the initial information
  • Neither RealTimePTDataInterSYNTHESE::initQueue() nor send real-time vertex information if it does not also contain a real-time schedule information
