Remove calendar codes from datasource in HAFAS importer

After the last modification on the HAFAS importer, the datasource links have been populated with a mix of codes from the service and the calendars it refers to.

Add a parameter that by default is true that only use the service number in the datasource, to be compatible with VDV Server.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
