OPS: Display descent in detailed service

Description

We want to be able to see in OPS all the descents that have been created for a specific service. See http://git.rcsmobility.com/tpc/app_onboard_smartphone/issues/36

Tests

When creating a descent in the Onboard app, it should be visible in OPS in Temps Réel -> Courses by selecting the corresponding service on which the descent has been created.

CMS: To create a descent manually, this request can be used: http://demo.virt.moviplus.ch:8083/onboard_mobile_app/createDescent.cms.json?serviceId=4503818670704013&physicalStopId=3377918763860316&customerId=7319380186628104. Just use the right service, physical stop and customer ids.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
