#423: Fix Hafas importer parsing of BITFELD data

  • Small refactoring for being able to unit test easily the BITFELD parsing logic (could be improved, let me know)
  • 8 Unit tests to demonstrate the issue
  • Bug fix
  • Fixed a few compilation warnings in the module
