Fixed #486 :

Hugues Romain requested to merge 3.11/486_hex_in_trident into 3.11/sprint
  • added a HTML entities decoder
  • removed the error message in the XML parser in case of html entities different from &<>"
  • conversion of the html entities of all texts contained in the file imported by the trident import
