Moved 6102_ineo_bdsi source folder under 61_data_exchange to match the other exports
Added a parameter to the export to be able to filter out CommercialLines where not all stops have a code in the target datasrouce
Added a new UT to validate implementation
Removed warnings from IneoBDSIFileFormatTest
