#583 Add PTRealTimeUpdate with actual StopPoint for ANS and DFI subscriptions

  • Update the StopPoint received in VDV subscriptions using PTRealTimeUpdate to insert the real-time platform change in synthese
  • Add a log in ellipsis catch and a catch for thread_interrupted exception before ellipsis catch
