Merge 3.11/619_vdv_stop_deletion into 3.11/sprint

When receiving an ASB/AZBFahrtLoeschen message, disable the real-time stop for the service.

We only do it when the "Ursache" node is present, according to VDV documentation this distinguishes between the case where the train just left the station (and it should just be removed from the display screens) versus the train will actually never arrive.
