Fix loading of continuous services waiting time
Added logic to load a JourneyPattern into the CommercialLine matching the shortname
Testing done using robot framework: see synthese/end_to_end_tests!6
Improved the GetServiceByCode service to be able to use it from the robot framework (and keep backward compatibility in the behaviour)
