Anthony Artaud requested to merge 3.11/801_import_RUF into 3.11/sprint

This change consists in gathering data in the import worker, creating an export instance and sending the data to the export instance. The export instance then sends the data to an external webservice.

This can be tested using the RUF simulator from http://git.rcsmobility.com/openit/dev_team/tree/master/tools/Simulateur%20Ruf.
