3.11/remove obsolete th param

Gabriel Schlozer requested to merge 3.11/removeObsoleteTHParam into 3.11/sprint-scheduling-v2

Having double parameter "with TH"/"with RT" is too confusing and issue !810 (merged) will need this change (see branch 810*)

  • true/true is obvious
  • true/false is obvious
  • false/true is almost never used and can be written differently
  • false/false is never used

Having working days and days with services schedules I am certain about pertinence of modification
