#976 Some refactoring, bug fixing and tests about the vehiclePositions and the RealTimeDataCleaner

One thing that isn't tested at all now, is the VehicleTrackingImportWorker::_endPreviousVehiclePositionIfAny(), which deactivate the previous VehiclePosition (gives it the status ENDED) when in a VehicleService.
