API incremental interpolate missing scheduled times

Adrian requested to merge API-incremental_interpolate into 3.11/sprint

GM send unfinished/incomplete schedules when creating trips. This is not solvable currently from their side. This "Patch" quick and dirty make the interpolation as a temporal solution.
