Vdv export454 Unit-tests and bugfixes

VDV export 454 unit-tests:

  • Added a parameter indicating the current time for most intern VDV functions, thus, allowing much deeper unit-testing.
  • Added unit tests for AUS complex cases and known problematic cases
  • Solved a few border-case bugs.
  • Solved RichtungText missing sometimes.
