To test this :

Go check the Terminus -> Administration -> Diffuseurs page and select/create a custom broadcast point, click on the "i" next to the CMS field
In Terminus create a message, assign it to a Display screen
Check using messages service that the message is displayed
Select the parent of the Display screen and unselect the display screen itself
It should still be displayed
Select a line on the message that isn't part of the display screen
It should not be displayed
Select the display screen itself
It should be displayed

The same test can be done for the network
