Adrian requested to merge 3.11/VDV454_149_datenBereit_without_data into 3.11/sprint

Bugfix for VDV454 Export: where the datenBereitAnfrage is sent some times when no data is available in reality. This happens due to the margin around (now-previewTime) which was not discarded of the "modified" trips for the sub-messaging mechanism.
