#903: Allow aggregating vehicle services returned by VehicleServicesListService

  • Added a parameter "aggregate" set to false by default to allow aggregating multiple vehicle services with the same name
  • Added and set "aggregate" parameter to 1 in service_list.json
  • Added unit tests
